Registration Information Valley United Christian Football Club 2016

Online in 2016
2016 sees ValleyCFC continue on from last year with Online registration – this is the easiest and fastest way to register. The step by step guide remains available to help everyone as we go through the process again. Please click here to view the guide.
Registration Day 2016
This year, for those families who still need hands on help with registration, we are holding a registration day on Saturday 20th February, 9.30am – 10.30, Swan Christian College, Trade Training Centre (follow the Orange signs once you enter the College).
Team Selection Day will be Sunday 28th February 2016, so make sure your registration is in by the 27th February. After this date we will continue to register players for available places in teams only.
Training and Games
U6, U8 and U10 teams train on Thursday afternoon at Swan Christian College during term 2 and 3
U12 and older generally train on Thursday afternoon / evening at Jack Mann Oval (near SCC). Our older teams sometimes train on Monday and Thursday evenings.
Most games are at Ashfield Reserve on a Saturday morning, with some senior games at Maida Vale and some away games for U16s at Chichester Park in Woodvale.
Important Changes to Age Groups in 2016:
As from 2015, WACFA have changed ages by 6 months to be in line with the school year groups. Please see table below for fees and ages.

Payment Options:
Instructions on how to pay are made clear during the online registration process.
a) Credit card: when your register online,
b) Cash: in person to treasurer,
c) Cheque: payable to The Registrar, Valley United CFC, 19 Sherlock Turn, Jane Brook WA 6056.

Uniform
Socks – $12 and shorts – $18 can be purchased on 31st March at our meet the coach event. Some new players, u16 and older are required to purchase a shirt. You will be contacted if this is the case. Shin pads are compulsory and water bottles are required at training and games.
Photos
Photos are not required for Small Sided Games (U6, U8, U10,).
Passport style photos are compulsory for all players U12 and older. All previously registered players will already have a photo. Photos must be renewed when moving up from small sided football to under 16.
The registration process will explain how to upload a photo. The club can take photos of new players attending registration day.
Proof of Age
All new players must provide proof of age by providing a copy of their birth certificate, driver’s licence or passport. Copies can be presented at registration day or scanned and emailed to registrar@valleyunitedcfc.com.au
State Teams
This year the National Christian Football Competition will be held in Sydney again. If you are a player in U14, U16 and you would like to try out for a team, please download a form from the website when it becomes available. The closing date for selection is in May.
